Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years
Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. A school district in Easton,
PA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide
specialized behavioral support across multiple K-12 buildings. This
contract position will run through the current school year, with
assignments in various schools within the district. Key
Responsibilities: Conduct behavior assessments and develop
individualized behavior intervention plans for students K-12.
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to
implement and monitor behavior strategies. Provide training and
coaching to school personnel on behavior management techniques.
Collect and analyze data to evaluate student progress and adjust
interventions accordingly. Ensure all practices adhere to ethical
and professional standards as outlined by the BACB. Qualifications
and Experience: Full BCBA certification is required. Experience
working in educational settings with school-aged children K-12.
Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies.
Ability to manage caseloads across multiple school buildings.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Location: Easton,
PA (serving multiple schools within the district). This is a
